Cancellation policy

We understand that life gets in the way sometimes, however we ask that you please give as much notice as possible for cancellation or amendments to bookings.
Bookings cancelled 14 or more days prior the event - Only the deposit payment will be charged.
Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to the event will incur the full charge of services.

At our discretion, we may be able to carry bookings over to a new date which both parties can agree on.
This does not automatically apply for all bookings and is considered on a case by case basis.
